1. Are all items in stock?
Yes! All items are in stock and ready to ship or be picked up. No waiting on restocks or long processing times.
2. Where are you located for pickups?
We're conveniently located near Busch Blvd in Tampa, FL.
Once your order is placed and marked "Ready for Pickup," you'll receive an email with the exact pickup location and pickup instructions.
3. Do you offer shipping?
Absolutely! We offer both shipping and local delivery.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.
4. Do you offer same-day pickup and delivery?
Yes! Same-day pickup and delivery are available on select orders and vary by location.
Availability will be confirmed after your order is placed.
5. How will I know when my order is ready?
You'll receive an email once your order has been marked:
- Ready for Pickup
- Out for Delivery
- Shipped (including your tracking number)
6. What is your return policy?
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

8. Can I stop by without placing an order?
No. We do not accept walk-ins.
All pickups are appointment only after your order has been placed and marked Ready for Pickup.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods available during checkout.
We also accept cash payments for local pickup orders. If you'd like to pay with cash, simply DM us on Instagram @luxeglam_apparel.co to place your order. A small travel fee may apply for cash pickup arrangements.
10. What are your business hours?
Our online boutique is open 24 hours a day, so you can shop anytime that's convenient for you.
